Are you open to the public? Is your retail shop still open?
Unfortunately no, our retail shop closed in March of 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We do not have a location that is open to the public as of October 2020. We are, however, operating online and doing well.
Do you have ____ pattern? I don't see it on your website.
Our entire inventory is on our website now, so chances are, we don't have it if it's not on the site. We can potentially order it for you, though. Send us a message, and we'll see if it's available.
Can you order a specific pattern for me?
Definitely! As long as we can get it through one of our distributors, we can order it for you. Send us a message, and we'll see if it's available. All special orders must be paid for in advance.
What does pre-order mean?
We use "pre-order" for patterns that have just been released but that we don't have in stock yet. Typically, we create pre-orders for new series when they're announced or for highly anticipated items, like special issues of Just CrossStitch magazine.
If you pre-order an item, it will be shipped to you as soon as we receive it from our distributor. The pre-order listing will include the estimated date when we should receive it.
Can you create kits for the patterns on your website?
We definitely can, though at the moment we're working on how to allow you to pay for that through the website. If you'd like us to kit up the floss and fabric for a pattern (or just the floss and vice versa), send us an email. We can send you an invoice for the entire kit.
I live in Corvallis. Do I have to have my order shipped?
Nope! We have a Local Delivery option. Just choose it during check out, and we'll drop your order off at your front door. This option is for Corvallis residents only.
