These service disruptions affect Priority Mail Express Internationalยฎ (PMEI), Priority Mail Internationalยฎ (PMI), First-Class Mail Internationalยฎ (FCMI), First-Class Package International Serviceยฎ (FCPISยฎ), International Priority Airmailยฎ (IPAยฎ), International Surface Air Liftยฎ (ISALยฎ), and M-Bagยฎ items.

Unless otherwise noted, service suspensions to a particular country do not affect delivery of military and diplomatic mail.
