Do you have ____ pattern? I don't see it on your website.
It's entirely possible! We have thousands of patterns in our shop, and we're slowly putting them on the online store. Please send us an email, and we can look in the shop for it.
If we don't have it in the shop but can get it through our distributors, we can also special order it for you.
Can you order a specific pattern for me?
Definitely! As long as we can get it through one of our distributors, we can order it for you. Email us, and we'll put you on our special orders list.
What does pre-order mean?
We use "pre-order" for patterns that have just been released but that we don't have in our stock yet. When you pre-order a pattern from our website, we will then order it from our distributor. This means pre-order patterns will take a little longer to get to you. It usually takes 1 to 2 weeks for us to receive patterns from our distributors, and we will ship them out to you as soon as they arrive at our shop.
Can you create kits for the patterns on your website?
We definitely can, though at the moment we're working on how to allow you to pay for that through the website. If you'd like us to kit up the floss and fabric for a pattern (or just the floss and vice versa), send us an email. We can send you an invoice for the entire kit.
I live near Corvallis. Can I pick up my order in the shop instead of paying for shipping?
You bet! Unfortunately we have to charge for shipping initially, but leave a note on your order telling us that you want to pick it up in-store, and we will refund the shipping cost!
